Here are the players of the week for week four of the season.
Offensive Player of the Week – Aidan Sayin, quarterback, Penn. Sayin, a junior, threw for 354 yards and three touchdowns in the Quakers' 37-21 win at Bucknell. In the win, the Quakers rolled up 515 yards of offense. In two games, Sayin, from Carlsbad, CA, threw five touchdown passes as the Red and Blue opened the season with a pair of wins.
Defensive Player of the Week – Anthony Puntolillo, linebacker, Delaware Valley University. The Aggies blanked King’s College 28-0 while holding them to just 143 yards of total offense. Puntolillo led the way with 10 tackles, two sacks that totaled 15 yards in losses, a quarterback hurry, and a pair of forced fumbles one of which was scooped up by his teammate Darius Nichols and returned 18 yards for a score.
